Over the years, Salt Lake Regional has undergone renovations and additions shaping it into the world-class facility it is today. Currently, the 200-bed hospital encompasses 316,000 square-feet of medical facilities. Additionally, there are three medical office buildings on campus. Dietary Technician :
This position is accountable for developing, directing and supervising, cafeteria trayline and catering functions to assure timely and effective food distribution of services in accordance with expectations of the organization.

Requirements:
Current Food Handlers permit for the State of Utah is required.
Must have knowledge of safe food preparation and handling techniques and work cooperatively as a member of a team.
Must be able to read, speak, write, and comprehend English. This is a basic requirement.
Preferred:
Previous food service experience in a restaurant and/or cafeteria setting is highly preferred.
Should be patient and polite and able to communicate effectively with co-workers.
