Full Time Sitter

I am a new mom to a adorable son named Carter. He is 4 months old now. He will be almost 7 months old by the time I need a sitter. I need a sitter starting September 1st because my current sitter will no longer be able to watch him.
We really like her and hate to see her go. I am looking for a sitter to watch him Monday through Friday from 6am till I get out of work. I am a RN at a surgical center and my ending hours at work depends on the day and how many surgeries we have so I could be done anywhere between 1200 and 5 pm. If later than that my husband can pick him up.
