REQUIREMENTS: Seeking self driven professionals with a SOLID knowledge of Locum Tenens Physician staffing. Experience with running a "Full Desk"- both the sales and the candidate development knowledge is desired. Additonally, working remotely- in a virtual office setting is experience that you must possess! Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for all data entry- recovery- searches is also required.
- 3-7 Years of Locum- Physician staffing experience
- Knowledge of 2 or more Physician Specialities
- Experience working in a virtual environment
- Excellent communication skills and bright personality
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of all MS- Word, Excel,and Outlook
- Home office experience and related office tools ready to go
- Proficiency with ATS ( BullHorn, Taleo, Sendouts, Etc)
- Ability to develop new clients and idetify resources for candidates
