Oversees the overall cost, hours, production and deadlines for assigned online projects. Directs and facilitates the overall technical content and oth! er related content issues. Supervises and strategizes both front-end production and content production teams, in addition to engagement and communications with facility marketing teams. Creates and manages site enhancement, launch schedules and social media. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks, including support of facilities in other areas of marketing. Leads and directs the work of others, including inâ€'house graphic designer, Web developer, marketing teams, corporate Web services team and agency contractors. Division central administrator and training lead of dotCMS Web content management system, Omniture site traffic analytics reports, Spiral16 monitoring tool and other social media platforms. Facilitates search engine marketing campaigns and search engine optimization projects, resources and budgets. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management levels.

I. MAJOR ROLE RESPONSBILITIES, METHODS & TECHNIQUES (While not exclusive, the following list is meant to describe general work practices):
SCOPE OF SERVICES BY DIRECTOR OF ONLINE SERVICES

The Marketing Director at each facility is ultimately responsible for their respective website, including maintenance, content updates, physician profiles, calendar events, newsroom items, and home page rotation. They are also responsibility f! or their hospital presence on social media assets, including facebook, twitter, blogs, youtube, and online reviews.

This role is to provide strategic support and counsel for each hospital's online presence, including "best practices," customer service recovery, building brand loyalty, and integration into existing advertising campaigns.

Responsible for website strategies for nine hospitals and eight surgery centers across division, with objective to increase visitor traffic, enhance search engine optimization, add features to improve the user experience, and integrate marketing/advertising campaigns into website.

Implement strategies and functionality to keep websites current with user trends.

Build websites for new business lines or service line promotion.

Manage strategies for social media assets of nine hospitals, including 18 facebook pages; 10 youtube
channels; 10 twitter accounts; and 10 blogs. This includes training to! use these assets to build brand
awareness, promote physicians and ! services, customer service recovery, and engagement.

Manage strategy and content for Moutnainstar.com website and division's own social media assets.
