Chameleon Colour Systems specialize in the design, development, and manufacturing of paint mixing and tinting equipment which is exported worldwide.

This position is part of the Sales Order and Finance Administration team. The position is a full-time position with an option to work a 4-day working week.

Your day-to-day duties will include the following:

Sales Order Management

  • Manage and process sales orders for machines & spare parts
  • Input sales orders into our Sales Order Log/File, issue order confirmations, and keep customers informed of order status
  • Maintain Sales Analysis database
  • Manage logistics to EU and non-EU countries with necessary customs and export declarations

Financial Reporting

  • Customer invoicing, debtors, and account reconciling.
  • Cashbook maintenance / Bank Reconciliation.
  • Supplier invoice posting, debit notes, payment run, account reconciling.
