Job ProfileSuccessfully identify and qualify clinical providers who are interested in providing services for Vista Staffing Solutions (Vista) clients. Maintain and represent recruiters pipeline of pro! viders by continued communication with providers via phone and email in order to place providers on client assignments. Work with internal partners such as schedulers, scheduling associates, managers and others to coordinate successful placements of providers on client jobs.
Essential Job FunctionsRecruiting: Negotiate the recruitment, interviewing, contracting and assignment of providers for placement with Vistas clients Responsible for coordination and placement of providers into clients medical facilities by effectively matching provider skill level, licenses, preferences, board status, credentials, professional certifications and designations as applicable per state and federal regulations as well as company quality standards Manage provider locum tenens inquiries assigned to recruiter or developed by recruiter to ensure the full utilization of provider availability Manage provider inquires regarding permanent and international placement opportunities Develop! new and existing providers to develop new and on-going busine! ss Develop marketing strategies within targeted market Establish and maintain communication and rapport with providers and/or clients to encourage a long-term working relationship Work closely with team in completion of physicians files Work closely with scheduler to make physician placements successfulCustomer Contact: Complete Full Needs Development to assess providers needs Communicate information on all of VISTAs Business Units and consults provider on options Create plan for provider Present opportunities that suit providers' needs and updates providers on outstanding presentations Educate provider on credentials verification, presentation and confirmation process Maintain relationships with providers until they are confirmed for first assignment (Scheduler will take a more active role in first assignment confirmation process) May represent VISTA at specialty specific conventions also attended by senior sales staff or management Deliver reality orientation' to physicia! n regarding industry, organization and client expectations (including but not limited to: unable to be a resource, limited ability to help, difficulty in placement, selling challenging locations/availability, definition of commitment')Database utilization and optimization: Leverage Vista technology to grow active recruiting pool of providers Ensure all provider statuses accurately represent the providers interest and availability to work locums assignments Ensure regular defined follow-up is executed with all assigned providers in order to ensure that all assigned providers are given the best service and that Vista takes full advantage of provider interest and availability to work for Vista clients Ensure that all relevant information is documented using Vistas Customer Resource Management (CRM) systemCredentialing: Coordinate the credentialing of providers Conduct reference verifications and arrange interview for providers/clientsGrow Business/Results: Meet all production ! goals set by company/team/managementKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesInte! rpersonal & Communication: Be persuasive, influential, and professionally persistent through strong interpersonal and written communication skills Communicate with providers and clients in a professional and courteous manner Remember important information such as names, locations of doctors/hospitals, etc. Active listening skills essential to gather information, identify potential problems with physicians and clients and communicate best solutions in a timely manner Communicate and understand professional level service needs, provider credentials and client practices Project enthusiasm and develop rapport with providers/clients Utilize a collaborative, team-based approach to taking care of providers/clients and in meeting financial objectives Execution: Strong organizational and prioritization skills Handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously Manage time effectively and devise and achieve work goals independently Pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy on re! gh training, coaching and experience Qualify candidates to determine vi! ability of locum tenens resourceFinancial & Technical: Understand and interpret daily production reports Understand financial and budget information and operate within these parameters Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and e-mail, and scheduling applications Navigate the VISTA App proficiently Employment RequirementsOne to three years of sales experience in the healthcare industry or equivalent environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
