Location: Salt Lake City Utah

Successfully identify and qualify clinical providers who are interested in providing services for Vista Staffing Solutions (Vista) clients.

Essential Job Functions

Recruiting:
Collaborate with specialty teams in successfully identifying and qualifying providers
Manage provider locum tenens inquiries assigned to or developed by recruiter to ensure the full utilization of provider availability
Find new providers to develop new and on-going business for multiple teams
Establish communication and rapport with providers and/or clients to encourage a long-term working relationship
Assist in administrative duties such as payroll, confirmation letters, presentations, etc.

Customer Contact:
Complete Full Needs Development to assess providers needs
Communicate information on all of VISTAs Business Units and consults provider on options
Create plan for provider. Depending on situation will keep contact with provider or turn over a provider to a specialty specific recruiter for follow-up if the timing is right

Database utilization and optimization:
Leverage Vista technology to grow active! recruiting pool of providers
Ensure all provider statuses! accurately represent the providers interest and availability to work locums assignments
Ensure regular defined follow-up is executed with all assigned providers in order to ensure that providers are given the best service
Ensure that all relevant information is documented using Vistas Customer Resource Management (CRM) system

Credentialing:
Assist Principal Recruiter with credentialing process
Engage in learning process for qualifying clients/physicians
Help team with collecting need materials for presentations, credentials, or activation

Grow Business/Results:
Meet all production goals set by company/team/management

Interpersonal & Communication:
Be persuasive, influential, and professionally persistent through strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Communicate with providers in a professional and courteous manner
Remember important inform! ation such as names, locations of doctors/hospitals, etc.
Active listening skills essential to gather information, identify potential problems with physicians and clients and communicate best solutions in a timely manner
Communicate and understand professional level service needs, provider credentials and client practices
Project enthusiasm and develop rapport with providers/clients
Utilize a collaborative, team-based approach to taking care of providers/clients and in meeting financial objectives

Execution:
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
Manage time effectively and devise and achieve work goals independently
Pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy on reports and data
Stay motivated in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and positive
Work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
Integrate individual efforts with ! team objectives and processes
Self-driven and goal-driven with a se! nse of urgency to take care of providers/clients and to meet company and individual objectives/goals
Exercise discretion and independent judgment when recruiting providers

Is a sourcing master' utilizing the internet and social media/networking to their fullest capacities
Business Unit Comprehension. Successfully complete BU testing in convention certification. Can find and utilize VISTA business resources
Successfully complete testing on Needs Development
Demonstrate competency of applicable guidelines as outlined in monthly pipeline meetings
Qualify candidates based on fundamental criteria for locum tenens

Financial & Technical:
Understand and interpret daily production reports
Understand financial and budget ! information and to operate within these parameters
Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and e-mail and scheduling applications
Navigate the VISTA App proficiently

Employment Requirements
Two years or less of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
