Summary:
Join our TEAM of Arrowhead Archers!
We are looking for highly engaged Customer Experience Representative for our Western Powers Sports’ archer team in Boise ID. In this role you will have the opportunity to provide service excellence. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining positive, service-driven relationships with our customers by answering inquiries and processing orders via email and phone.
Duties:
- Manage order and account information in ERP system via inbound calls and emails.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customers regarding product, pricing, and inventory availability inquiries.
- Help customers navigate our website and place orders online.
- Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions.
- Anticipate, identify, manage, and proactively work to seek solutions for potential problems for customers.
- Review customer orders for accuracy.
- Answer all customer interactions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Shows proficiency and stay in adherence to policies and procedures aligned with phone systems, Work Force Management, and Work Force Optimization.
- Handle customer complaints to provide appropriate solutions or escalate if/when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Technical Skills:
- Excellent computer skills, including a working knowledge of Outlook Mail, Excel, Microsoft office.

Education:
High School diploma/GEDor equivalent experience.
Other Skills/Abilities/Qualifications
Contact Center experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Regular attendance and adherence to prescribed work schedule.
Ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (including Teams).
Bilingual-Spanish and/or French.
