Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Occupational Medicine/Industrial)

Description: VANTAGE Recruiting Group is currently seeking to employ Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Occupational Medicine/Industrial) right now, this job will be placed in Utah. Our client is looking for a Certified PA or NP who is interested in working ! in a fairly new clinic established on the hospital campusin rural Northeast, UT. This is a permanent position and not locums.
Duties include but not limited to: Pre-Employment Physicals, Post Accident Physicals, Drug Screens, Educating Business in Preventing Work-Related Risks, Creating Wellness Programs, Setting up Health Fairs, working with safety officers of companies, managing / marketing of the clinic and helping it grown, etc.
Candidate who has occupational or industrial medicine experience are strongly preferred but will consider a new grad for the right person. Hours are normally 8-5 with occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate health fairs, educational presentations, drug screens, etc.
Employed hospital position with full benefits package, i.e Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401K with employer matching, Vacation / PTO Days, Sick Days, etc. PTO is accrued thus they would not have any up front, but would accrues 6.15 hours per ! bi-weekly pay period (160 hours per year) and they can start u! sing this after 90 days of employment. Negotiable Salary $80K - $100K range DOE and background. Office in the medical office building of hospital overseen by an on-site medical director and work in coordination with Regional Department Manager of Occupational Medicine. No relocation or sign on bonus is available with this position. We have one RN that helps with all nursing duties and she also does reception work. They average about 8 pts a day.
