Description: Intermountain Home Care is at present looking to employ Clinic Manager III - Salt Lake Clinic right now, this position will be placed in Utah. Provides effective leadership and accountability for ambulatory care operations including excellence in customer service, human resources, information systems, patient-focused clinical care, quality assurance and financial management.
The position will provide leadership for all clinic functions in the listed departments. Allergy, Neurology, Rheumatology, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery and Urology.
Physical site management responsibility, of FTE's within the departments. 28 FTE's and 10! Physicians.
Entry Rate: $23.21

Shift Details: Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Minimum Requirements
Three or more years of direct supervisory experience
Four or more years of experience in a medical office setting
Strong computer skills - Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation applications
Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills. Demonstrated leadership, personal and professional ethics and an ability to inspire and motivate others
Previous experience developing relationships with physicians
Physical Requirements
Carrying, Hearing/Listening, Lifting, Seeing, Speaking
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in an ambulatory outpatient clinic environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Economics, Accounting, or Nursing
