Description:
Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, the pharmacist will
engage in the practice of pharmacy which includes the interpretation of
prescription orders, compounding, packaging, labeling, dispensing, and
the coincident distribution of prescription drugs or devices;
participation in 1} the provision of pharmaceutical care, 2} drug
utilization review; ensuring the proper and safe storage of drugs and
devices; maintenance of records of drugs and devices, provision of
patient counseling and 3} the provision of information ! on drugs or
devises and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Current Utah Pharmacist and Controlled Substance Licenses. Hospital experience preferred.
