As Clinic Director, you wil l be in charge of the day-to-day supervision and results of the clinic which includes:
-Sales and Results-Coaching and Developing Staff-Marketing & Cultivating Clientele
-Planning & Executing Events-Performing Consultations
-Scheduling Clients & Staff
-Providing an Exceptional Client Service Experience
To qualify for this opportunity, you need the following:
-Two or more years of sales experience in the Cosmetic, Plastic Surgery, or Spa Industries.
-Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating a team to meet or exceed sales goals.
-Demonstrated communication, organization and problem solving skills.
