Customer Service Representative [United States]


 

Education and Experience

- High School required; preferred: BA/BS degree in business administration, operations management, communications

- Preferred 12 months of experience in a call center, customer support role, or office operations

Knowledge

- Skill in administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology

- Must be able to lift a minimum of (20) pounds

Job Description

- Promotes excellent customer service and represents SEEK in a professional manner.

- Provide customer service support while being courteous, positive, and professional on all levels of communications with employees and clients.

- Assist employees and clients in managing schedules, answering questions/concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner with high accuracy.

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, clients, and the general public with excellent customer service.

- Review time sheets for correct mileage, signature, maps, TPN, etc. to ensure timely submission of payroll.

- Coordinate all aspects communications including but not limited to scheduling, sub placement, timesheet collection, review of timesheets and case notes, scheduling with client’s managers, etc.

- Respond to client and staff session rescheduling requests and ensure the scheduling of makeup sessions.

- Have knowledge of services the company provides in order to answer prospective client’s questions.

- Maintain punctual attendance at meetings and contribute to the agency and relevant matters as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
