Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Digital Consultant to assist Canadian businesses in their digital transformation efforts. As a Digital Service Provider, you will be responsible for working closely with businesses to evaluate their digital needs, develop digital adoption strategies, and provide guidance and support throughout the implementation process. You will also be responsible for ensuring that businesses meet the eligibility criteria for the government program and helping them navigate the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of businesses' digital needs and develop tailored digital adoption strategies
- Provide guidance and support to businesses throughout the digital adoption process, including implementation, testing, and training
- Ensure that businesses meet the eligibility criteria for the government grant and assist with the application process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital technologies and their applications in various industries
- Collaborate with the project lead and other service providers to ensure that businesses receive comprehensive and high-quality services
- Track and report on the progress of businesses' digital adoption efforts, including outcomes and impacts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital strategy development, implementation, and training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address business needs and challenges
- Knowledge of digital technologies and their applications in various industries, such as construction, food, services etc.
- Familiarity with different business applications and platforms (e.g. ERP, CRM, MRP, WMS, Project Mgmt. Field Service, BI, E-commerce, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills
