Job Summary and Qualifications
Seeking an experienced OR Scheduler to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. In this role you will provide superior patient/customer satisfaction, ensuring the highest quality care and service for Physicians, Patients, and Ancillary Staff. - You will be responsible for scheduling surgical procedures to be performed in the OR, GI and/or Cath Lab.
- You will act as a liaison between the OR and physicians’ offices.
- You will assist in maintain department statistics, including current privileges of the Medical staff. Daily analysis of KROSON, Track OT and Biweekly payroll preparation and submission.
- You will collect and collate daily Analysis date
- You will maintain awareness of all vendor privileges.
- You will provide statistical support to OR Director for daily productivity.
- You will work 1 day per week (M-F) in this role as a PRN Employee
What qualifications you will need:
Course in medical terminology preferred- Experience with computer hardware and software
- Experience in a Physician office or hospital clerical position preferred
