What we are building:

A team of skilled research professionals providing guidance and insights for advertisers to develop, track, and optimize their advertising for ads and campaigns in all stages of their lifecycle across all media and display devices.



Key Responsibilities:

Research Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation of client advertising projects - delivering on client research needs, working directly with operations teams for high quality and efficient project execution and translating client business objectives into insightful advertising research studies.



Essential Duties:

  • Perform data extracts of syndicated and custom databases and decide on the correct analytic approach(es) for scheduled and custom hoc reports.
  • Working individually and as part of a team, analyze and interpret the syndicated and custom data to determine the “why” of the results and create reports to help clients optimize and improve advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive ad searches and coordination of ad lists to test in research.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and research teams to update and maintain the high quality of syndicated and custom data, help manage existing processes, ensure data and methodological integrity, and uphold client requirements.
  • Partner with internal operations teams to ensure projects are executed correctly and on time.
  • Gain a larger understanding of the technology and gaming industry’s and how to help clients meet business needs with the range of MarketCast products and services.
  • Present analyses internally and, with experience, externally to clients.
  • Participate in client meetings/presentations.



Other Skills/Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience or a degree in Market or Media research a plus
  • Very strong quantitative, data tabulation, analytic thinking, and data mining skills
  • Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and deliver under deadlines
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft and Google Suite products
  • Strong analytic ability, inquisitiveness, and attention to detail
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Eager to learn and develop skills.

Per the pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skill set, and any other factors MarketCast considers relevant to the hiring decision.
