The Assistant Administrator supports the leadership team with daily administrative tasks and product flow activities. They also oversee customer escalations within the distribution center, reverse logistics center, delivery and distribution center, or depot. Their responsibilities include managing several reports, tracking inventory, and acting as the main point of contact for outside visitors and third-party vendors.

- Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
- Provides administrative support including Outlook calendar management, conference call organization, and meeting coordination.
- Assists with the daily monitoring of reports and forms needed to support the business.
- Assists with human resources processes such as payroll, attendance, and labor management.
- Acts as the liaison for building operations by creating tickets and managing building supplies.
- Serves as the main point of contact support for outside visitors and third-party vendors.
- Reviews the operating budget, processes invoices, and conducts expense control functions.
Basic Qualifications
- Able to stand and sit for long periods of time
- Able to lift weight up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation
- 6 months of customer service or general office experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic level of knowledge related to personal computers, laptops, and desktops
- Able to navigate Windows, Apple, and Android-based operating systems
