Ourian Plastic Surgery is looking for a highly-experienced plastic surgery coordinator to join our patient coordinator team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide high-end, luxury concierge service from the first phone call, through the consultation and surgery and maintain a strong relationship that takes care of all our patient's aesthetic needs.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be working with individuals and groups to maintain a high level of follow-up and satisfaction. You will need to schedule patients for the appropriate appointments and communicate treatment results to the medical staff. You will also be responsible for reviewing medical history, updating medical records, and handling insurance and billing questions. When dealing with patients, you must be courteous, compassionate, patient, and professional. We’re looking for a self-motivated person who can work independently as well as in a team setting.
- 4+ years of demonstrated success in a patient coordinator role in the plastic surgery field
- Proven strong sales record
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Proficient in Word, Outlook & Excel
- Ability to run reports and track data
- Strong knowledge of how to pitch an out-of-network insurance provider and explain insurance coverage to patients
- Symplast EMR or similar patient management software +Plus
- Ability to work independently and as an extension of our skilled and highly trained team
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and willing to jump in to assist with additional tasks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
**This is a full-time, in-office position Monday to Friday.**

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
