Overview

Our Setup Maintenance Analysts set up and maintain accounts in our database. If our automated system is unable to set up the account, you are responsible to manually set up the account information. Data may be missing or processing problems may occur during the setup process. Resolving these issues and setting up the account in a timely manner is critical to maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

As a Setup Maintenance Analyst, you will:

• Set up new accounts in the system
• Update and maintain existing accounts in the system
• Resolve reported account setup and utility processing issues
• Collaborate with others to fix processing issues
• Low phone usage-10% of the day making outbound calls with providers

Requirements:
