Unique opportunity for a California HR, Legal, and/or tech sales professional to help launch our start-up which allows HR Departments to easily check-in with their employees so that companies can learn about and solve any workplace problems, grievances or liabilities. This is achieved through a customizable HR Check-in Message, typically written by Labor Attorneys, accessed online through either a time and attendance system or as a stand-alone text/email message, read by employees who AGREE or DISAGREE to important workplace conditions such as:
* whether they understand Company Policies and Regulations
*whether they have taken mandated meal and rest breaks
*whether they have been paid in full for all regular time, overtime, and sick pay
*whether they have worked off-the-clock
*whether they feel harassed, discriminated against, or mistreated
*whether they have been injured at the workplace
THE HR CHECK-IN MESSAGE:
The message can be up to 6,000 characters in length. Usually, it will contain 8 to 15 conditions. Each message is customized, depending on specific of client needs. Employees agree either to each condition or, more typically, to the entire statement itself, usually half a page in length and accessed through phones and/or computer screens. As mentioned, a Labor Attorney will craft messaging
IDEA IS BASED ON PROVEN RESULTS
For three years, two test Companies have been implementing HR Check-In Messaging with stellar results. Thousands of employees have used this system through a more simplified email version of what is described above. Every 2 weeks, employees are checked-in with via email, agreeing or disagreeing that are no workplace problems. .This gives our company a historical record, should the evidence ever be needed, to refute or support claim(s). The net result is practically no claims as this system significantly reduces the chances of employees bringing claims; it also detracts would-be plaintiff attorneys who see how well buttoned-up Excalibur is. As soon as problems emerge, Excalibur learns about them and so is able to remedy them before they escalate into serious grievances.
SERVICES WE WILL BE OFFERING/JOB OPPORTUNITY
1) Customized, on-going HR Check-In Messages, crafted by attorneys, which minimize legal claims and ensures a happier workplace. This service can be done by our team or any Client's internal staff. Ground floor opportunity to build residual income for each Client onboarded.
2) Part of our Service will be offering HR Handbook review and, at the very least, including this HR Check-In Process into existing handbooks or through memo circulation. This additional service will be commission-based
3) When labor problems emerge, attorney service will be needed to offer consultation and there will be referral fees associated with this.
4) Possible legal representation and/or mediation may be needed and also referred out for profit.
COMPENSATION
This is a commission-based job but there will be significant residual potential and an opportunity to build one's own business from the ground floor up, one client at a time
