Telvista is looking for a proven and money-motivated Business to Business Account Executive to join our Call Center B2B Sales Group. As part of our sales team, you will work in a fast-paced, competitive, and fun work environment. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer escalation that are interested in the services we are selling. In addition, you will receive the proper services training, phone system training, and ongoing support. Successful outbound B2B cold-calling experience and a passion for sales are a must. If you have Mid-Senior level sales experience with a hunter mentality, account management skills, de-escalation skills, and with a passion for closing deals, we want you!

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound qualification processing, de-escalation, and potential customer request sales calls. You will be dealing with business owners and at times must go through a gatekeeper with the attempt to close a sale on that first call. Professional communication with clients/customers to understand their business impact situation and explain service value plays a major role in this position. What are you selling? You would be selling an Employee Retention Credit (ERC) accounting/legal service to business owners that were impacted during a specific period by COVID-19. Millions of businesses were impacted financially during COVID-19. Some business owners had to close their doors, laid-off employees, and/or pay out of pocket to stay in business. The ERC provides a tax credit to the business owner in terms of financial assistance/recovery due to that hardship impact (more ERC details below).
What is the Employee Retention Credit (ERC)?
ERC is a stimulus program designed to help those businesses that were able to retain their employees during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Established by the CARES Act, it is a refundable tax credit - that you can claim for your business. The ERC is available to both small and mid-sized businesses. It is based on qualified wages and healthcare paid to employees.
· Businesses can get up to $26,000 per employee.
· Available for 2020 and 3 quarters of 2021.
· Qualify with decreased revenue or COVID event.
· No limit on funding
· ERC is a refundable tax credit.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years’ (preferably 3+) of successful B2B sales and/or Incentive Based Sales experience preferably within the last 3-5 years.
- Ability to overcome objections and answer ERC service questions, comprehend customers’ needs, and react quickly.
- Excellent Interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Be able to work well independently and as a team player.
- Must have strong closing/negotiation skills.
- Salesforce experience within the last 3 years (preferable, but not required)
- 2 years of Call Center experience (preferable, but not required)
- Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship-building skills.
- Maintain proficiency in using a personal computer, data entry terminal, and other common office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite. Must have advanced computer skills.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks using sales initiative.
- Must be able to work in High Volume outbound call settings.
- Ability to call small/medium/large enterprise accounts and communicate with decision-makers/personnel.
- Must be competitive, persistent, and results-driven.
- Proven track record of successful phone-based sales in a B2B role.
- High-School Diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
- You must be able to pass a Federal Background Check.
Pay:
· $20.00hr + Commission
