The ideal candidate should have previous experience in an operating room or ambulatory surgery center, as well as experience with ASC state regulations and Medicare/Medicaid regulations. Must be able to set a professional, compassionate tone and be a role model for others team members. Previous management skills and knowledge of staffing, scheduling, purchasing and budgets is highly preferred.
