Our Customer Service Representatives arethe point of contact for all customer orders, questions, and concerns. They are responsible for providing prompt problem resolution within customeraccounts, primarily by phone, fax, and web chat with customers and keyinginformation into our systems. They are also empowered to make independentdecisions to assist customers, while working very closely with the ManagementTeam and Sales Operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at alltimes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIESToperform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily. Responsible for properdocumentation and implementation of all order types received by phone, fax orother sources. Responsible for properdocumentation of inquiries and complaints. Check availableinventory, provide delivery information on open orders and inquiries. Process customer, vendorand other requests for catalogs, price sheets, samples and copies of invoices. Answers all customerorder related questions. Mails out catalogs,invoices and other miscellaneous items requested by customers. Retrieves voice messageseach morning and process accordingly. Maintain a currentknowledge of products offered in catalog. Perform all otherrelated duties as required. Bachelor Degree or High School Diploma (Associate Degree Preferred) with 3-5 years customer service experience preferably in medical device and/or pharma company Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks. Must function independently and possess organizational skills. Must have a good knowledge of computer systems, with experience in Oracle preferably or a comparable Order Entry System, Excel and Microsoft Word.
