Responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of processes and equipment to produce cost effective products which meet customer requirements! . Candidate provides support for Quality and Manufacturing systems including documentation, testing and inspection, product and process development, and non-conforming product investigations. Supports Manufacturing, New Product Development, and Regulatory requirements to ensure all systems comply with all internal and external guidelines.

Position Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Line support, maintenance and process improvement responsibilities for all WTM product l! ines.
- Perform equipment IQ/OQ/PQ validation studies i! ncluding authoring of protocols and reports.
- Perform product design verification and validation studies including authoring of protocols and reports.
- Maintain appropriate records via lab notebooks in accordance with established procedures and policies.
- Initiate and implement Corrective Actions.
- Develop and implement manufacturing procedures to provide production with easy to follow assembly instructions.
- Create raw material specifications and part/product drawings.
- Generate ECNs and NCMRs.
- Investigate causes of quality and yields issues. Interface with manufacturing resolving those issues.
- Assist with the development of product and process FMEAs.
- Assist R & D in determining design configuration and specifications for new products or materials.
- Assist in the introduction of new or modified equipment or products into production.
- Ensure Design Controls are adhered to per QSR and ! ISO 13485:2003 standards.
- Prepares and presents oral and written project updates and technical discussions.
- Maintains a professional working relationship with internal & external customer and support staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manufacturing Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering with 5 years of engineering experience within the medical device industry.
- An Associate technical degree with 7 years’ experience in the medical device industry.
- Equivalent experience with 7 years’ experience within the medical device industry.
- At least 3years’ experience with validation and design controls.
- Knowledge of Solidworks CAD and MiniTab or statistical software.
