General Surgery. Board Certified/Board Eligible preferred but not required. MD and DO candidates will be consider! ed. Bread and butter? General surgery. General Surgeons at our facility generally have 2 block days and average 60-80 procedures per month which includes scopes. We do not have gastroenterology on staff. Practice Structure. Prefer income guarantee but will consider employment. Solo practice. Call is 1:2. We have 3 ORs and 1 scope room. MD Anesthesia. Other physicians on staff include: Cardiology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, ENT, Opthalmology.
Financial Package: Starting salary is 300,000 Marketing. Practice Management Consulting Services. Relocation. EMR Licenses and Implementation fees. Sign-On Bonus. If employed, standard benefits would be offered health, etc?
Additional Information: We recently had a general surgeon relocate as well as one retire from surgery practice leaving us with only one general surgeon. Other physicians would welcome a new physician. Payor Mix is Medicare, Blue Cross and Medicaid. Medical office space available in MOB a! djacent to hospital. We have 8 family practitioners, 3 interna! l medicine, and 6 CRNPs practicing primary care. Primary Service area is 30,000 and secondary service area is 60,000. Full Time cardiology coverage.
