Description: University of Utah, Huntsman Cancer Institute is hiring Sarcoma Advanced Research and Clinical (SARC) Fellowship right now, this vacancy will be placed in Utah. The SARC Fellowship offers an intensive, advanced experience d! esigned to position the graduate to compete for extra-mural funding and a robust academic career as a leader in sarcomatology. The first year is spent in our State-of-the-Art Molecular Lab involved in rigorous collaborative projects with internationally recognized sarcoma biologists. The subsequent clinical year provides extensive interdisciplinary exposure to tertiary/quaternary sarcoma surgery and includes the management of the complete array of benign and malignant musculoskeletal neoplastic and pseudoneoplastic conditions. Pediatric and adult exposure is very broad. The Fellow will also be involved with resident education as a clinical instructor in the Department of Orthopaedics.
NOTES:
Additional Salary Information: PGY-6 Level
The applicant must have completed an accredited orthopaedic surgery residency, and be Board-eligible or certified.
