RN Circulator Surgery

Description: Timpanogos Regional Hospital is in need of RN Circulator Surgery right now, this job will be placed in Utah. More complete informations about this job opportunity please read the description below. Provides direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric patient populations. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Communicates with surgeon ! and anesthesiologist continuously and as needed about patient condition. Assists with the maintenance of surgical equipment and inventory. Participates in process improvement activities. Assesses operating room for equipment functioning and readiness, obtains supplies for individual cases and ensures all appropriate needs of surgical operating team are met. Monitors, positions and assists patient during procedure.
Qualifications
Current State of Utah Registered Nurse Licensure.
Current BLS certification (available after hire).
Current PALS, ACLS or Basic EKG or Arrhythmia-identification certifications preferred. Must obtain PALS and ACLS certification within 1 year from date of hire and then maintain certification.
Two or more years of work-related OR RN experience.
Skills:
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Good verbal and written skills required.
Basic computer knowledge and key! boarding skills required.
