The Job description is as follows:
The Housing Coordinator coordinates housing for traveling providers which includes; searching for accommodations, arranging for furniture & housewares and ordering all utilities, local phone & basic cable.

The Housing Coordinator’s responsibilities include:

  • Coordinates housing for traveling providers which includes: searching for accommodations, arranging for furniture and housewares and setting up utilities
  • Provides detailed information on housing in the areas that the locums teams are researching to place a provider.
  • Reviews leases to ensure proper: lease terms, penalties, transfer clauses, deposits, monthly rental amounts and any other payments involved.
  • Prov! ides excellent customer service to providers, clients and CompHealth employees
  • Updates all housing information into Housing database & documents notes in the Matchmaker system.
  • Negotiates rental rates to keep within set budgets. Problem solve.
Necessary Background:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Positive, flexible approach to work
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet multiple hard deadlines
  • Proven time management skills focusing on urgent and overlapping deadlines
  • Prioritize and organize tasks and time effectively and independently
  • Process a large amount of documentation in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to professionally handle difficult conversations in person and over the phone
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail and proven accuracy with record keeping
  • Demonstrated researching and problem solving skills
  • Ability! to work independently with little supervision, directing work flow to appropriate departments
  • High level of customer service and follow through
  • Work cohesively with all divisions and departments
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, web-based applications, internet, and database programs
