Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Responsible for consultation and direction of social services in the Outpatient Psych Clinic. Conducts individual and group therapy while maintaining a caseload. Completes psychosocial assessments, daily case notes, treatment planning and updates while working with the multidisciplinary team. Responsible to work positively with the hospital team from patient admission to discharge. May be responsible to lead treatment team meetings. Responsible for maintaining up to date records on the patient. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Requirements
Current State Clinical Social Work Licensure (LCSW or CSW)
2 plus years of experience in all aspects of social service, with an emphasis in psychiatric work.
Current BLS Certification.
Must complete I-LIFT safety training within 90 days of hire.
CPI Certification obtained within the first 90 days of employemnt.
Geriatric experience is preferred
Basic computer knowledge preferred
Must be able to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
