The Regional Vice President manages our Sales Associate, Account Manager and Recruitment teams, to achieve days filled, revenue, and net budgets per month for Staff Care Inc. ,
Staf! f Care is an AMN Healthcare company that provides locum tenens recruitment and staffing services. We match physicians, as well as other healthcare professionals, including dentists, CRNAs, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, with all types of medical facilities and healthcare organizations.
Departmental Performance: must achieve Key Performance Indicators for department per individual
Review client agreements and assist in negotiation
Maintain tracking mechanisms required in this position
Regional Performance: must achieve days filled, revenue, and net budgets per month/quarter/year
Work to establish necessary objectives to achieve monthly budget quotas
Professional Development: oversee training by Regional Directors and Senior Managers, conduct performance goal meetings with individuals, determine focus areas and incentives for staff
Personnel evaluation: interviews, correc! tive counseling, Topgrading, redeployment
Personal! production: phone work for new business development, manage and build existing client relationships
Education :
Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience
Experience :
2 years of sales experience and 2 years of leadership experience.
Strategic thinking to analyze results, budgets and overall productivity metrics.
Coaching and mentoring to increase performance and develop team members.
