Description: Intermountain Home Care is currently seeking to employ Orderly - Intermountain Medical Center - Full time right now, this career will be placed in Utah. The Orderly is a vital part of the Operating Room (OR) team, responsible for transporting patients to and from the OR. Responsibi! lities also include performing a variety of tasks related to excellent patient care, as well as organizing and stocking equipment, and general cleaning of surgical suites. In this position, you will provide appropriate care to patients of various age groups, while gaining exposure to sterile technique environment.
Full time, 40 hours per week - Variable shifts. Surgery is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Must be flexible to work days, evenings, nights, weekdays, weekends, holidays.
Starting Salary: $9.21/hour - benefits eligible.
Minimum Requirements
This position requires verifiable current Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer CPR certification. An original card must be verified prior to start date or the job offer will be withdrawn. For additional information regarding CPR requirements please visit our Job Requirements Page .
Customer Service Skills
Safe disposal of blood and bodily fluids
! Ability to transfer patients independently and safely
! Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes

Preferred Qualifications
Prior surgical services experience.
