The Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the University of Utah School of Medicine is actively recruiting for a dedicated Thoracic Surgeon at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Track dependent on qua! lifications. Successful completion of an approved residency in Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery is required. Additional training or emphasis in minimally invasive thoracic surgery is required. Experience in lung transplantation is preferred but not required. The successful applicant is expected to contribute to the construction of clinical research programs in Thoracic Surgery. In addition, applicant will be expected to participate actively in the teaching of Cardiothoracic Surgery residents.
