BluePearl Veterinary Partners in Midvale, UT is seeking a full-time board-certified Internist or an individual residency-trained in Internal Medicine to join our group of current specialists including: surgery, critical care, oncology, dentistry, ophthalmology, anesthesia, radiology and 24/7 emergency care. The internal medicine department would be supported by at least one dedicated technician with additional hospital support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a busy and successful department within a fully inclusive specialty center. Our hospital currently employs a fully equipped Storz endoscopy tower with state-of-the-art rigid and flexible scopes. The internal medicine candidate would have access to a full-time radiologist as well as on-site CT imaging and ultrasound capability. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment, team collaboration, client satisfaction and a beautiful geographical location.
Our BluePearl hospital in Midvale, Utah, formerly known as Utah Veterinary Center, serves all of Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Front.
The 15,000-square-foot hospital, which opened in May 2012, features dedicated operating suites, an intensive care unit and mo re. It is fully equipped for diagnostic and medical techniques including ultrasound (cardiac(GE), fast, abdominal (GE)), endoscopy, CT scanning and many others. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes two Storz scope towers, two digital radiology suites for dedicated purposes, full rehab suite with underwater treadmill, and easy accessibility to MRI (3 Tesla).
Our service and specialties include 24/7 emergency medicine, anesthesiology and pain management, critical care, dentistry, oncology, ophthalmology, and surgery. Seven of our clinicians are board-certified, and they are committed to actively participating in the continuing process of education, publication and research.
