Customer Success Officer (CSO) Responsibilities:
- Identifying customer needs
- Supporting existing Clients in daily data processing to help the company to expand business and improve relationships with key decision makers in our customers’ organizations
- Developing and enhancing Yedda’s image as a high-value supplier
- Delivering effective presentations
- Resolving customer inquiries
- Prioritizing tasks and managing time well
- Providing outstanding customer service and updating customer information as required
- Maintaining confidentiality of information
- Collecting market information and reporting to relevant Business Unit Managers
- Promoting training sessions to increase understanding of Yedda’s products within the customer’s organization and developing customer service skills
- Analyzing data and proposing solutions to increase revenue
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments
- Helping internal Business Unit leaders by assisting during the trial period of each new client. This will include communicating with external clients to understand their needs, and support technically during the Proof of Concept Period. Making reports on key findings.
- Performing other duties as the need arises

- Salary: 13mil - 18mil or negotiation based on ability and experience
- Working time: 5 days/ week, from Monday to Friday;

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or suitable equivalent
- Interest in data analysis and data tracking
- Creative, confident, and enthusiastic
- 3+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written in both English and Vietnamese
