Working Hours:Mondays-Fridays 9am-5pm EST
Responsibilities
- Manage invoices and contracts
- Documentation
- Get blogs onto Notion and maintain data cleanliness and organization
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
- At least 3+ years of related experience in the same or similar role
- Mandatory tools: Slack, Notion, Loom, PowerPoint, Basic Excel proficiency
- Must have accounting and Quickbooks experience
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation and low-code or no-code tools would be a plus
- Familiarity with Stripe would be a plus
- Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
