- Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using the office phone system
- Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies, processing paperwork to corporate office.
- Provide clerical support to sales and production departments
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Process Purchase order and match to vendor invoices. (onsite training).
- work directly with office manager and production manger.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
