Review account for major treatment requiring additional documentation. Contact offices when needed information ! is missing. Upload claims to vendor for electronic filling. Correct any rejected claims holding for electronic filling. Generate pre-auth for offices as needed. Re-sub claims for offices as needed. Review and generate claims to DMO providers. Generate Monthly encounters.
1 yr of Dental experience Experience in General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Periodontics and Orthodontics Strong Denti-cal (CA Medicaid) experience a plus Ability to read EOBs and X-rays necessary Billing experience Attention to detail Computer knowledge (Word, Excel) Advanced communication skills (verbal/written) Strong customer service ethic A comprehensive benefits package is offered, which includes: Medical, Vision, Life Insurance and 401K.
