For detail informations about this vacancy opportunity kindly read the description below. A dynamic and proactive Pediatric Technician (Ped. Tech) is a trained caregiver that assists under the ! direction of a Registered Nurse (R.N.). Ped Tech’s are given the opportunity to apply their clinical skills to patients by surveying medical equipment, monitors and sensors, by interacting with the pediatric patients while transporting them to their medical destination, and tending to their healthcare needs and overall healing process.
A resourceful Ped Tech is a valued contributor to the medical staff when keeping thorough charts, preparing medical rooms and assisting with procedures. Able to communicate effectively in a crisis or disaster situation and maintain competent work levels.

Entry Rate: $10.08/hr
Benefits Eligible: Yes
Shift Details: This position will entail a v! ariable work shift. Hours will start anytime from as early at ! 6:00 am and could end anytime up to 11:30pm. Position will be Mon thru Friday. Position also requires taking Call shifts. CNA is strongly preferred for this position.

Minimum Requirements
This position requires verifiable current Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer CPR certification. An original card must be verified prior to start date or the job offer will be withdrawn. For additional information regarding CPR requirements please visit our Job Requirements Page .

Preferred Qualifications
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Certification or completion of first semester of clinicals from of an accredited nursing program highly preferred
Hospital surgical servi! ces tech work experience
Pediatric Patient Care experience
