The job description is as follows:
The individual will be responsible for individual coaching for new hires that are within the first two years of employment. Primarily conducting side-by-side coaching sessions, classroom training and focus groups. The individual will be responsible for some development of curriculum, presenting curriculum and creating training documents. They will also provide help as a backup trainer for other classes that relate to operations.
Job Duties:
- Provide coaching to new sales hires as well as existing sales representatives
- Leading focus groups with leaders and new hires
- Work with leaders and new hires to improve retention of new hires within first two years
- Conduct trainin! g courses and develop sales curriculum when needed
- Train for other classes that relate to operations including systems training
- Create training materials including but not limited to assessments, documentation, class activities, quizzes and role play scenarios
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional classroom and instructional presence
- Proven ability to build relationships with co-workers
- Proven success with utilizing feedback and direction to modify goals and projects to better meet customer needs
- Proven organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrated competency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
- 1-2 years of professional training and/or coaching experience in presenting information, classroom instruction and sales training methods
- Ex! perience within an inside/telephone sales environment preferred How to get started?
