- Customer Service Management
- Distributor Support Management
- Manage and updatr of customer informations
- Sales management of parts and services
- Training for team members
- Manage customer date, accounting data and sales data via SAP system
- Regular reporting to the head office (able to communicate with Head office with Japanese e-mail correspondence)
- Other accounting management (e.g; account application data, account opening data, remittance amount, etc. Information is entered into JAPAN SAP system)
