  • Customer Service Management
  • Distributor Support Management
  • Manage and updatr of customer informations
  • Sales management of parts and services
  • Training for team members
  • Manage customer date, accounting data and sales data via SAP system
  • Regular reporting to the head office (able to communicate with Head office with Japanese e-mail correspondence)
  • Other accounting management (e.g; account application data, account opening data, remittance amount, etc. Information is entered into JAPAN SAP system)
