We are currently hiring a versatile individual to join our team as a Kitchen Crew and Console Operator at our Ballina location. In this role, you will be responsible for both kitchen duties and operating the console, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

· 4.30am starts
· 5-6 hour shifts
· 5 shift per week, including rotating weekends
· $30.98/hour weekday (Age 20+)
· $40.42/hour weekend (Age 20+)
About You
- Previous experience in a kitchen setting
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent manual dexterity and taste sense
- Attention to detail in presenting prepared food
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Reliable and available for early shifts and rotating weekends
Your role
- Prepare food items by slicing vegetables and meats
- Assemble a variety of breakfast options, rolls, wraps, and baguettes
- Display prepared food in fridges and ovens
- Maintain consistency and uphold high food quality standards
- Process payments for petrol, food, and other goods
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols while handling and preparing food
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including the forecourt
- Stock shelves and rotate inventory
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment according to store standards
