McKay-Dee Hospital, a 300 bed teaching hospital, is part of Intermountain Healthcare and serves northern Utah, portions of southeast Idaho and western Wyoming. We are se! eking a Nurse Manager in our Intensive Care Unit to be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the department. The incumbent for this position will work closely with the Director of Intensive Medicine to meet financial goals, service line goals and develop, implement and evaluate service line strategies.

Facility:
This position is responsible for providing management and oversight of daily Nursing activities on the Intensive Care Unit. He/She will work in partnership with Nursing leadership and other facility management and departments to ensure the provision of optimal patient care, service excellence, attainment of financial goals, and development of staff.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a healthcare field.
RN License required.
Minimum of 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare ! Providers.
Physical Requirements
Hearing/Listening, M! anual Dexterity, Pushing/Pulling, Seeing, Speaking, Standing, Walking
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Critical Care or Trauma Services
Master's degree preferred.
